How is this different from "The Anniversary"

I saw this as "The Anniversary" on something streaming, and came and voted for it here. Since then the name changed due to a re-release or something. So I was wondering - did just the name change or did the movie change at all as well?

Actually the name did change with 28minutes being cut from the film to be marketing better towards horror genre, quicker into horror elements and quick and on the road. We love our Director's Cut (The Anniversary) but also the shorter Run,Hide,Die as well. Thanks for watching.
