Another series, and he actually relaxed!

They were playing this when I was waiting for a connecting flight, he really does have a passion for cooking, I've seen a handful of different versions of his series, he was actually relaxed and happy, then again it's just him in the kitchen. No tantrums or yelling, very refreshing to see the guy in a happy relaxed mood.

I like this series a lot, and I agree that Gordon is much more relaxed and just seems happier than in some of his other shows. Although I don't mind Ramsay's yelling and swearing, like on Kitchen Nightmares, it's kind of a refreshing change to just see him relaxed and enjoying himself.

I've seen some other episodes since the first two I saw, it's also rather informative. I like the use of the locals informing the audience about produce, poultry and and different types of meat and fish. The fish guy is very amusing.

I thought the show was amazing. The step by step, see it done in real time approach was excellent. The pastries and meats presentations were worth the wait.

I wish this show were redone for American audiences.

It airs on BBC America in the U.S., I have to agree the presentation, step by step approach and the over all production quality was first rate. I like cooking shows and I think this was one of the better ones over all.

The little bits of information from the shop owners was also insightful.

I was a big fan of Jeff Smith "The Frugal Gourmet", and Jamie Oliver's cooking series was pretty good as well.

I would actually buy a DVD and companion cook book if it were available.

I also found it amusing to see he owned a bulldog, because that is how some people have described Chef Ramsay.

I'm in America and I love the show. I watch it on YouTube. It's the right balance of his intense personality, skill, information and the food looks delicious. He always gives useful information. I also like the production values: sometimes watching Food Network feels like I'm looking at Candyland and he's not cheesy like the FN tv chefs. I think even people who dislike him will like this show.
