I dont understand how this movie came to be. Was everyone drunk?
Way too much backstory for characters that were never developed. No scares. None. Not even a little.
And what was the ending? Did she kill her parents? I am baffled.
And what was with the cat statue?
shareThe only part in this movie I liked was when they were running around in the farm/forest area and that one dude got lost. I liked those creepy shots of movement going on in the dark areas. That was good. They should have expanded on that and more or less made that the whole movie.
Otherwise, the movie failed. Neither the characters nor the story was developed. It's almost as if at one point the director said, "Screw it. I don't care about making a coherent movie anymore. I'm out of money. I'll just take on some ending that doesn't make any sense and hope I can recoup some of my money." Because that's the only reason why I can see he'd put in such nonsensical situations and an ending that doesn't make any sense no matter how hard you try.
