Can you people START ADDING THE WORD "SPOILER" IN YOUR SUBJECT LINES???

Is that possible?

"What would you like to see on your honeymoon, Mrs. Cord?"
"Lots of lovely ceilings."

Tip: if your not up to date with the TV series don't access the message board, as people tend to discuss the series. Most people including me manage to do this.

Definitely shows a lack of constitution not being able to avoid a message board until you are up to date with the series.

I would have hate to have learned of Doreen's death reading it before seeing it.

I agree with RaveReviewer. I stopped watching Game of Thrones after maybe the 2nd Season. Only because I wanted to read the books first then binge watch it when the show ends. It's been 4 or 5 years, and I haven't gotten spoiled by anything. I stay away from all GoT message boards, articles, interviews, etc.

If people put SPOILER ALERT in subject lines it would have to go on virtually every topic because message boards discuss recent episodes of TV Shows. Likewise it's perhaps best to avoid twitter feeds of tv shows your behind on. And don't call me jit bag it's immature :-)

I never understand why people read all the message boards if they aren't up to date on a show. What do you think people are discussing?

reply

I for one hate spoilers on these boards. I mean they have spoiler mark ups to avoid this. But when something has been aired for over a month you have got to be reasonable and accept that if you aren't up to date by then you will encounter spoilers.. Spoiler tags have a validity date, and I think 2 or 3 weeks is a decent period to know that people won't consider this information fresh and spoilerish.

And yeah, being spoiled by Bea and Doreen's death would be harsh. But that has happened almost a year ago now.

Maybe you are in the wrong place. People are here to discuss what happened on the show. As a result spoilers are not really used that much. Try the reviews section so you can get a better understanding of if the show is something you will like to watch or not. People are not really discussing past episodes in the reviews section. When you have watched the show then you can come to this section to read about what everyone thinks about past episodes and what they think should happen in upcoming seasons. It's only logical to assume when people come here, they already know what happened or that they do not mind spoilers.
