"He has so much potential"

I know she means well fighting a losing battle with these kids who are completely disabled. But seriously, she said that about the most severely retarded of the whole group and I couldn't help laughing. Unfortunately these kids have absolutely no potential and will have to be institutionalized if they don't have family to care for them.
