So no one is talking about Alm Ameen leaving because of gay sex?

Though i don't think he showed any nudity in the orgy just like Kala's actress, but his character was having an orgy and one scene implies he was f-cking Wolfgang(we see a black hand on Wolfgang's head and see his pleasured face, that hand was clearly Capheus's, plus the kiss happens seconds later), apparently he was bothered kissing another male onscreen, everyone jumped to that conclusion when that tweet came and it was revealed he was not going to be in S2 because of creative differences, Nomi's actress spoke about how the story will be able to shine like it should be, some people are branding him homophobic, i don't think he is, he didn't felt confortable playing a gay(bi?) character, but i don't think he loathes gays, if that was the case he wouldn't sign to do something created by a trans(now 2 trans because the other brother had a sex change too and now the brothers are sisters), i can understand Alm being unconfortable, but he should have known better before signing to do this.

when i saw new Capheus involved in the orgy scene in the Xmas special it confirmed (for me at least) that original Capheus most likely left the show because he didn't want to have to do that as an actor. i'm gay myself and i have no problem with Alm or any actor/actress not wanting to play a LGBT character but like you said (i agree 100%) that he should have been prepared (mentally) to do what the script called for in season 1. the only thing that 100% excuses his leaving is if the writers blindsided Alm by suddenly saying "YOUR CHARACTER HAS TO PARTAKE IN AN ALL OUT ORGY SCENE AND YOU'LL HAVE TO KISS A MEN AS WELL". for some reason i don't think the writers/the Wachowski's or J. Michael Straczynski blindsided Alm at all.

I don't think they blindsided him either and much before S2 started Lana Wachowski said all characters are bi and the orgies kinda explore that, he should have known better, also i feel he was supposed to have a romantic interest in S1, it's odd every other sensate had a romantic interest and somehow that didn't happen to him, i feel they might very well put a male romantic interest to Capheus and something tells me it's going to be Wolfgang, they kissed and moments before it's hinted that Capheus was f-cking him in that orgy so i think they're going to continue it and Max has no problem doing gay scenes, he was in Freier Fall.

PS: Later i'll post on the board a screenshot of the part i'm talking, you see a black hand(obviously Capheus's) holding Wolfgang and you see his pleasured expression.

He's not going to get any work after this... when you're Tom Cruise then you can afford to have "creative differences" not a struggling unknown British actor of colour barely working.

"Apparently" you are just theorizing based on nothing at all.

A) JMS said at a con months before Season 1 came out that all of the actors were told what would be expected as far as sexuality and nudity before they ever signed on. B) Like professionals, all that's been said by anybody is that there were creative differences. Now there have been some reports that Ameen didn't get along with Lana Wachowski but they're unconfirmed. But nothing at all suggests that Ameen had an issue with sex or nudity except in people's fevered imaginations.

And if that was the case, he would have been quick to say so. It would have made him a perfect Martyr for the Trump Nation people. "Victimized by LGBT Hollywood for speaking his mind". What a hero.

As it stands, being idiotic enough to leave such a massive project because you can't accept the writers and directors are in charge and not you, is way less heroic so he shut up about it.
