Philomena would have been about 65 in the movie?

...if my math is correct (I believe there is mention that the events, as portrayed, took place on what would have been Anthony's fiftieth birthday, and that Philomena was 14 when she got pregnant). I never bought that Judi Dench as Philomena was that age, she appearing and acting much older.

I thought they said she was 14 or 15 too but in real life she was 19 when she gave birth. Judi Dench did look closer to 70 than 65 in the movie.

I think sometimes people put too much emphasis on ages of actors and characters. One should remember that often the time-frames, etc. don't match up because artistic license has been used.
