When does this come out?

It says April 19th 2013, but I've never even heard of it until just now. Is it April 19th everywhere or in select theaters? Or is that just when it'll be shown at film festivals?

April 19th, only on Tribeca Film Festival.

They're not listing a distributor in Company Credits section, so I think they are stilling hoping to sell it at the Tribeca or subsequent film festival.

It's showing in London on March 21st 2014 as part of BFI Flare Film Festival- at the BFI Southbank.
