Did I miss something? What was the significance of Lydia's bracelet after she confesses her misdeeds to Howard just before she leaves him in the alley for the premiere?

Howard gave it to her, so presumable it meant a lot to her that she was still wearing it.

Also the bracelet was a pair of wings, like the character she was supposed to play (growing wings and becoming something much better). So yeah it showed that she still liked Howard, but it also showed that she wanted to become a better person even though she did what she did.
