Good Story ---- * Spoilers In This Post * --- Did Not Like Ending

Hey folks,

This was a good story. It had good, bad, and ugly parts of life, and the film gave us a few characters about which I cared and a few characters about which I disliked. It also placed all the characters in a backstory that took place during the Civil War.

I did not like the ending. I would have preferred to see Leonard find some kind of remuneration for the noble part of his life which far outweighed the drug dealing he did. I would also like to think Travis learned enough from his relationship with Leonard that he would move forward to a more fulfilling life that might include his girlfriend. Maybe Travis might give to someone else what Leonard gave to him.
