shareUm...the whole point of the show is to stake out and catch fugitives. You can't jump out of a car on a moment's notice wearing a seatbelt. Of all the things to whine about, this really isn't one of them. It's not about being an example to anyone. It's about doing their job effectively. You can't be fumbling around with a seat belt in a potentially dangerous situation. People also don't get why Beth is always driving. It's because Dog is the one usually (again) jumping out on a moment's notice to catch people. Use your brain for god's sake!!!
