Noticing that Jimmy's amps are Orange amps, but the A and the N are blanked out. Is this because Orange refused to support the production (product placement) or because it essentially spells orgy with the missing letters, do you suppose?

I think this probably has something to do with Jimmy having an endorsement deal with other amp manufacturers, so he doesn't want to be seen playing their competitor's equipment. There may even be something in his contract that he has to black out part of their logo. Of course, as you demonstrated, it's easy enough to tell what it is anyway, at least in this case.
