What happened to Elijah Wood career?
He should still have all that LOTR money?

I imagine the LOTR series made him a ridiculous amount of money in a relatively short period of time since the films were shot back to back. So now he gets to do whatever sort of projects he wants...he apparently likes the weirder ones like Wilfred, Maniac, and this one. Plus he has cameo's in The Hobbit series as well which I'm sure nets him a tidy bit of income.
He probably won't need money ever again so he's probably doing these just for the fun of acting. Pretty awesome way to spend your life if you ask me.
Yeah Elijah Wood has always chosen some odd roles, his character from Sin City is creepy and weird as well as thise already mentioned.
