Terrible Continuity Error

In the end, when the two killers are falling, the Indonesian killer is facing downwards in one shot, but when it cuts to the other, he's facing up. How the Hell did they not fix this?! Killed the scene for me. Great movie, but that part really bugged me. On a side note: why so much spit? It's very innapropriate...

I also found the excessive saliva distracting and a mood killer. He wasn't infected by rabies afaik. Anyway, I think it was the actor and the director just let him be.
