Anybody know who the (apparently uncredited) actor was who played the neighbor watching Frankie in his apartment? He looked familiar, but I couldn't place him.
Also, nothing came of that storyline. Is anyone familiar with the making of the film who knows if that was a part of the film that ended up on the editing room floor?
The DVD includes bonus features, including a deleted scene. Presumably if there were other deleted scenes they would be included too.
I think the neighbor is just there to show us that Frankie lives in a hyper-sexualized environment which simultaneously turns him off (as in the way he judges Todd for being so promiscuous) and turns him on (as in the way he encourages his neighbor's attention). Over the course of the movie more information becomes available about HIV, which allows him to relax and make decisions based on real information.
