"Games Designers" are not the same as "Game Coders"
Ask any programmer from the 80's, if he would like to be referred to as a "games designer", then you'll probably get a slap. A games designers, on average, can't code, and is there for less than 1% of the final production. Normally he's an unqualified idiot that used to visit you once a week for 5 minutes to be a PITA. Yet this dumb docu continuously refers to game coders as "games designers". Most coders did there own games designing in that era(it usually took about 1 day) and to be referred to now as a games designer, is more than a bit of an insult.
The ONLY actual games designer here is that old self trumpeting wind-bag Peter Molyneux, who as such, should not even be in this esteemed company.
