Hotel Noir (2012) / City of Sin (2017)

After all, Hotel Noir and City of Sin, are the same movie? Hotel Noir in black and white and City of Sin colored? Are these release dates correct?

I have seen City of Sin but not Hotel Noir. Though based on IMDb page they appear to be, as you say, identical except for colour or b/w.

Yes, they are the same movie. Hotel Noir was relaunched in color under the name City of Sin.

Hotel Noir was first released in October of 2012. City of Sin was released sometime in 2016 (not sure why it says 2017.)
