Why are there only 6 episodes? I know it's a summer show, but don't hose usually have at least 10 to 13 episodes?

shareI think it's what they call a "teaser" season, to test the waters and gauge people's interest. I know a few other shows have tried this recently.
I hope it did well enough to get renewed and perhaps give the show a chance to become further exposed to the viewership. Us Americans love our dogs/pets, so if given the chance I think this show could really catch on. It also doesn't hurt that Justin is a likeable personality and a professional.
I could live without the show, but for now it's been good solid fun weeknight entertainment, and I wish the best for the trainer, Justin.
