I am pretty sure she did not. The scene where you see her throwing up blood was certainly fake. The blood is obviously not real. After some research I found out that a lot of the scenes were staged even though Valentine claims that they are real.
So all the rape scenes, Ravens death, and the whisky into neck scene were probably fake.

I think it's pretty saddening that Lucifer Valentine had the ability to make a straight documentary about the horrors of drug abuse and could've totally made it brilliant and heartbreaking, yet he instead chose to infuse it with his typical bullsht.

That's good to hear she's alive, but it just goes to show how big a *beep* Lucifer Valentine is to fake and stage something like that in a documentary that could've been the ultimate documentary on drug abuse.
