Fantastic insight

There are many documentaries about film making but not many based on the raising of capital. This is that. It presents the side of the film business that not many of us get to see.
Hearing the assorted actors talk about the trials and tribulations of making and being in a film was great. Scorcese and Coppola alone was worth the 90 min.

Agreed. Very informative and heartbreaking. Coppola's story about the death of his son (you have to know the details to understand his understated reference to it) was devastating. The film business really has destroyed all creativity and art in relation to the moving picture. This documentary and another one called Kingdom Come (about Rachel Leigh Cook's husband trying to get financing for his own 'Indie' film) really demonstrate how impossible it is to get a film made. Any film. But it's hardest to get one made that has a voice. Best line from Seduced and Abandoned... "The two big films last weekend were a comic book movie vs. a board game movie..." LOL!
