Did deveraux give the real location of mira in order to trade for his daughter?

If so, did mira know she was about to get picked up by the bad guys?

If not, and he gave a false location, does it mean he basically gave up saving his daughter in order to save mira, because he wouldn't have known mason would turn good and find his daughter for him?

She was at a train station not a bus station so he lied. As for what his plan actually was then to rescue his daughter, well I have no idea. Rely on his protege to turn? Kill all of them by himself? I think he was planning to kill em all somehow.
