In Billy Wilder's classic 1957 version of Agatha Christie's "Witness For The Prosecution," those were the names of the characters played by Tyrone Power and Marlene Dietrich.

I got the reference immediately and I thought King had used alias names in previous episodes in somewhat the same manner, but I can't now recall either the instances or the names? Can anyone else?
Good idea. I remember recognizing one or two of them when he said it, but can't recall them now. If I'd saved the eps, I'd go back and review, shouldn't be too hard to find.
