Question about episode 1.9 - loose end or my faulty memory?

The episode "Family Matters" spends time on the death of Alieda Ingalls, wealthy socialite found dead in her bathtub, turns out to have a needle mark in the back of her neck that is unlikely to be self-inflicted according to the ME. The husband has an alibi and has Daniels as his lawyer. Then what? Did it ever get resolved or come up again?

The question just occurred to me, now into season 3, and I don't remember, also don't feel like rewatching episode 1.10 to find out - but I do see that the husband is not listed in the cast of season 10.
