Not that bad, had potential

IMHO it just needed a big rewriting of the dialogues, then half of it could have been easily cut out to make a snappy three-parter instead of a slow five hours, then someone should have told everybody to look less blatantly guilty and/or maladjusted (discovering things gradually would have been more interesting). Still, it redeems itself with nice touches of real cruelty or madness in the last episode (a certain dog's dinner...).

Also: Dear Miss Okonedo: please go back to looking fabulous as usual, and adopt actual facial expressions; your default squinty, square-jawed expression reminded so much of David Walliams that it made for seriously uncomfortable viewing.

Her performance was cringe worthy at times, but in her defense, this show was loaded with a good number of seasoned actors and none of them fared well in this show. What was the director telling them to do to make them all see like #### excrement.

It definitely had potential but it was dragged out over too many episodes.

Overuse of dramatic/eerie music as well.
