Danny's ringtone

hey every time Danny's phone rings it is familiar as some kind of interlude jingle from some american series like Ugly Betty or something but I can't quite hit the nail on the head and it's really annoying me so does anybody know which show used the same tune/ringtone?
I'm thinking some kind of comedy like scrubs or ugly Betty but I can't find an example to satisfy my curiosity on you tube ect.
I think it's used to switch scenes but maybe an actual ringtone or intro tune or something.
