I think Amber deserves at least a thread title because she is brilliant! I wouldn't be surprised if she is many people's favourite.

It looks like she is going to get a lot more screen time in season with the new family in the picture.

11/8 edit. Amber is really growing on me this season with a real range of emotions in ep05. Having her hook up with the principal is great. The rest of the world needs to discover this show.

I have to agree, Michala Banas is a revelation in the role. Every foul-mouthed outburst has me in stitches!

I just saw that CBS, an over the air network in the US subject to strict FCC censorship, has picked up the option to remake UMB. I guess they will neuter her character the same way another network her made Cleaver look like a choir boy.

Oh, and those dresses she is wearing this series. =8^O
