WOW. Showtime does it again. Their documentaries have been extraordinary lately (The Eagles, U2, Billy Joel) but this Richard Pryor doc is really not to be missed. Amazing story of the greatest stand-up comedian of all time. His life was turbulent and full of chaos, but he was worth every minute of it.

Richard Pryor's early life enabled him to be the comedian he turned out to be. I'm sad he was so self destructive.

Luckily he influenced another generation of comics before he left.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.
