Blu-Ray is available on amazon USA. But as far as I know both have the same footage.

The Bluray is available everywhere in the U.S.

Blueray is available in Australia. It has a making of documentary as the extra content. Taylor and other cast/crew talking about the movie (Taylor is wearing a dark grey t-shirt if you see clips anywhere).

Stunt director was very complimentary to Taylor - says he always does a physical assessment of actors to determine their capabilities. 10mins with Taylor and he said he could see his athleticism by the bounce in his feet.
