it's Patrick Hawes, a British composer
the tune in question is entitled 'Serenade', from the album, (and this is important) 'Night Pictures',,
so as not to confuse it with his other work, 'Simple Serenade' from the album 'Classical Evolutions',,
i prefer 'Simple Serenade' over 'Serenade'
