Episode 4

I liked it. Although the entire episode is based off a couple of his bits. I think the jokes as bits are funnier. I can't wait to see if any of the episodes are going to be original.

I read somewhere in a interview with Jim that the main story in eight of his episodes are based on his standup and the remaining episodes are originals. Now having said that, episode 2 and 3 are not based on his standup so the majority of the rest are going to be stand-up based episodes.

Yes I do know that the dreams part of episode 2 is a standup bit, but that was not the main part of that episode, it was just a one minute speech in an episode that was not focused on dreams.

the story in episode 3 is not based off his stand up material but quite a few of the jokes from this episode were and the how to get a girl routine he teaches steve and billy are things he's spoken about in the past.

Episode 5 is based of a true story he told on a radio show once so not quite his stand up material but still a story that's been told before and was widely available before Legit was even thought of.

I believe the real person from this robbery encounter was another australian comedian who is greatly under-rated named Steve Hughes. Check him out.

Yeah he told the home invasion story on Opie and Anthony as well as on the Jay Mohr Podcast, but apparently it was part of his stand up back when he was still living in England, although it has not been recorded for any of his four video/dvd releases (Contraband 2008 included).

By the way Contraband is hilarious, but was only a limited edition so half of the material on that release was also featured on I swear to God.
