Falling Down

Did anyone else catch the scenes from Ep. 10 "Cuckoo's Nest," where Rodney is walking around town with the spoon and egg was kind of similar to scenes from Michael Douglas' movie falling down. Michael Douglas' character walks round L.A. and runs into different people, one of which is a homeless guy. I was wondering if Jim Jefferies may have kind of spoofed this movie with Rodney's scenes or if anyone else noticed it.
