Why was Cole arrested in the suburban house?

In the most recent episode? We don't know yet. Ostensibly, that house belonged to the guy who broke into his apartment to assassinate Ashley Greene's character. Ethan's there to try to find out more about him and who he was working for. But while he was looking around, US Marshals busted in. I assume we'll find out next episode why. Presumably, the US Marshals were after the assassin and Ethan was in the wrong place at the wrong time. We'll see.
