Quote from Actress?

I know they didn't film at the actual house, so I find the actresses quote in the trivia section confusing. It talks about her experiencing supernatural activity in her dressing room in the downstairs of the house, which they refer to as "Whaley House" in the explanation of the quote.

So does anyone know anything about the house they actually filmed at?
