Man, how could so much action be so dull?


So the hero has to pass three tests. 1. Kill a zombie-like freaky knight. 2. KIll a giant (in which the hero's buddy actually does the killing). 3. Kill an old guy.
The third test was the easiest of all. Made me scratch my head. Also, the King who made him pass all three tests was simply testing him to see if he was tough enough to be king. Why did the sons turn on their father?

The Angevin Empire was rather large and the country had no heir and all of Henry's sons, they were a lot, wanted his own realm. I don't exactly comprehend why Henry the Young king betrayed his father in this film. I guess I can understand why Richard would do it. He was stuck in prison for like a week. Prison changes men. After he left the castle, Richard had changed, he was less of a douche like he was in the first part of the movie.
