Kazak, thats true. But theres a huge difference between having your message as a core and then wrapping tons of good story and/or humour around it. That way for example Douglas Adamas presented his message. This message was partly also enviromental (Starship Titanic), but mainly during the Hitchhikers book a social one (a important framing which almost noone of todays so called leftist (which are in reality just liberals) dont care about at all).

A fine example is Zootopia. Appr. the first half was really nice. It got the same message as the second half, but it was more like some remake of "48 Hours". It showed that in reality different races could work perfectly together (k, at 48 Hours there were many insult included during the movie, but thats how things worked back then and otherwise the characters wouldnt be authentic for their era). But the second half destroyed the complete movie and thats why Zootopia is one of the worst Disney movies ever. It got the baseball bat from the cupboard and began to beat its message "Everyone which is against equality is the worst sh*t ever" into the head of the movie viewers until .... they started to hate this message. No matter if you liked it or not, but how this was handled by the producers was SJW from its worst. Sometimes there is some good will hidden at their actions, but they destroy it they instant they open their mouth.

So there is a huge difference between (real) left messages done by great authors(directors and this obvious sh*t which is done in far too many movies and tv series. And they still dont get it, that they not only destroy their own reputation that way (Tyson is some of the best astronomy scientists today (at least as far as i know). But when he states things for whom there isnt any clear scientific evidence, I will also lose faith that the rest he presents have some scientific background). They also destroy the "right thing". When you start to vocally beat your message into heads, you destroy it.
