Maybe there are just people out there who like the movie! It doesn't mean they're 13 year old teenagers who don't know any better, or whatever it is you're trying to proclaim from up there on your high horse.
I'm going to try to refrain from making sweeping generalizations like you are, but my thinking is that most of the people that are whining about this movie are the type who spend so much time dissecting a movie that they can't just enjoy it for what it is. Sure, if I really thought about it I could nitpick and find a bunch of stuff wrong with the movie. That's not the goal though. The goal is to view it as a spectacle, as a comic book come to life. Joss Whedon achieved this with both his Avengers movies, in my opinion.

I'm 39 and all my friends are around that age and everybody liked it a lot. I gave it a 10 as I am a fan thingy (what you said). We couldn't stop talking about the movie and what a good time we had. So yeah the 13 year old thing is nonsense. Maybe we are reaching a point in life where We really don't care what others think so we can really enjoy the things we like in the few moments we have for ourselfs.

shareIt was a great film. However the first third of the film i was hating it. I felt underwhelmed at first because it felt like the same old thing in the opening action scene. But when we got to Hawkeye's family home it felt fresh and started to feel like a film from thus franchise we have yet to see.
By the end of it I was completely turned around and loved it.
I loved every act, especially the first act. How was that the same old thing?

The movie works on every level and really is a genuine motion picture event. Honestly, no blockbuster can possibly top this one for the rest of the year if not the decade.
