Well Coherence is awesome but a bit more "horror" in an intellectual / psychological way.

Project Almanac is similar with the "party style" but a bit different.

Primer has similar elements too but has a quite different style and more confusing.

Timecrimes is a great movie as well that includes screwing with your previous timeline.

That other guy gave some good ones.

Try Triangle too. And Enemy.

And the Alfred Hitchcock episode Mr. Pelham and the later Roger Moore movie based on the same story.

This is one of my favorite tropes. I love doppelgangers.

There's a fantastic more creepy British one too about a woman who gets into a car crash. It's on Netflix.
