Lack of roles for older women in hollywood

One day, while driving around town, a boy asked his father "why don't they make lawnmowers with folding handles?"

The father asked "What makes you think they don't?"

"Well, I keep seeing cars drive around with lawnmower handles sticking out of the trunk."

"I see," his father replied, "and how many cars have you seen with lawn mowers folded up in the trunk with the lid closed?"

No. Courtney Cox used to be a beautiful woman and now she looks awful. I can't imagine that whatever aging would have done could be worse than the way she looks now. Same goes for the woman who played Quinn's mother.

How about you switch that around? Older women are having plastic surgery because there are no roles for older women. I'm not sure the last time I saw a woman with grey hair.
