Im sorry but if you hated this you have no idea

What this this was a pure b movie an the lead was just there an orlando jones was all right but the one cool element that made this movie good was van dam he was so dam funny in this im sorry but if you hate this you are totally missing the joke its a silly stupid b movie an van dam knows it so he was playing to the point of being a live action version of the joker all most if you cant get this you are totally missing the joke that last shot of van dam alone when he makes that face when he says beep gasoline i knew it would ruin it right before he makes that crazy over the top laugh if that dosent make you enjoy the stupidity fun of this you just dont get it or this isnt a style of film you can get into
