Jakes... Am I the only one..?

Am I the only one that doesn't feel all that sorry for Jakes. I feel bad for him with his family trouble and killing that guy.

But he has always been the only loyal one in the house and we lost that side of him in the finale. He's so hypocritical calling everyone out for lying. And now he abandons them and takes off with the stolen money and this lawyer girl.

In fact, Johnny had the same exact thing when he wanted Lucia and Jakes told him he couldn't have her because of the lies. And then he goes on to ignore that. Hypocritical, and if season 4 did happen I wouldn't care if he comes back or not.

I would miss Brandon though!

Honestly, I never really had anything particularly positive or negative to feel about Jakes. He was always the 6th member of the cast. He never really had an ongoing storyline that didn't have to do with him being miserable. And his decision in the finale was just bizarre. Why on earth would he want to be a fugitive when he could have just resigned and left. His GF didn't seem to care about money. All he was doing was inviting more trouble.

Maybe not, but I do feel bad for Jakes.
And yeah, he was hypocritical, but it's always different when you're the one in love.
Jakes is one of my favorite characters.

"Do you even remember what you came here to find?"
