Why did they have to kill him? Thought the actor did such a good job and really added to the series.
shareThe actor was excellent, but Uncle Bobby was trapped in a cycle of substance abuse, too. What more could they have done with the character? I had a feeling that he was going to die early on.

If the show comes back I'm sure their will be more fodder for us to be shocked about. But that scene did jolt me. I was like... What the hell!!
He was my favorite character on the series! I kept replaying his response to his brother-in-law, who told him he was a good cop before he started drinking. Bobby leaned in closer to him and replied, "Baby, I was a good cop while I was drinking."
He's a good actor. I enjoy most of his work.
