Pay for nannies

I can believe they are making that much.

Look at what they have to put up with. When it comes to being a nanny, I believe that a nanny's job is the child only. However, some of them are picking up dog poop, cleaning out bird cages, walking dogs, cleaning dog's paws, cooking food they don't know how to make (have to google the recipe), ironing clothes, etc.

IMO, if the families do not want to shell out $40 per hour plus perks for nannies who do all the above plus more, than they should hire a cook, a dog carer/walker, a laundress, a maid, etc. and pay the nanny $20 per hour plus perks to take care of only the child.

Hell, for $40 per hour plus perks, I would milk a cow if they asked me to. For $20 per hour....Um, there is the farmer. Go and ask him/her.

Depending on how much they have to do, I don't blame them for wanting that much money. The Fisher woman didn't seem to require much so I didn't blame her for only wanting to pay $25 an hour but however a lot of these girls are cooking, cleaning, taking care of pets, etc, so it's a LOT of work. I also babysit at times but I don't have to do nearly as much. I only watch, play with them, make them lunch (whcih normally consists of stuff like sandwiches, sloppy joes, or hot dogs and fries) and only have to clean up what gets messed up during the time I'm there. It seems to me these moms take these nannies through the ringer. I remember on one of the Real Housewives series, where the family had a lot of pets and the mom was like she didn't care since the nanny was the one who had to take care of them.

I speak my mind and if you don't like it then that's just too damn bad!!!
