Is it a nanny's job to have the "Sex" talk with the kids they take care of? To me it just seems like lazy parenting to me. I would never expect a nanny to have that kind of personal talk with my kids. Also, Cindy's inappropriate talks with her Manny (can't rememebr his name) were a bit gross, she is probably twice his age!

Oh yeah I'm sure it's easier for a guy to have a talk with a boy, but still, doesn't seem like something he should have to do. But then again, Cindy doesn't look like a very hands-on mom, so I see why she would think she doesn't have to do something like that. And yes she definitely has her eyes on him, kind of gross for her to keep quizzing him on his erections as a child!
