Reunion

Kristin... where to start there. She is delusional. She blames everyone for tarnishing her business, but she is fully the one to blame. Even Ross was trying to politely get this through to her.

Amber came out way ahead in this reunion compared to Kristin. I felt bad when they were showing people insulting her looks. No one should endure that, much less televised.

Maggie called out that wife about stirring drama for a possible 2nd season pickup. The look on her face when she was called out was priceless. Pure rage and utter embarassment.

Did Cindy and Scott hook up? I really think so ;)

And lastly, Ari's hair was horrible. I think it was a wig. Obvious no one there likes her.

I have to add that Justin rocks calling out Amanda's very low pay. Huge dig at Marika.

Good reunion, I hope there is a 2nd season.

I agree with everything except the Scott and Cindy thing. I think that he has better standards and I would hope he wouldn't fool around with her. His face when she kept saying one time looked like he was a little upset with her.

I wish IMDB had a like button.

Yeah, he looked and sounded pissed. I don't think it happened.

He looked pissed and VERY uncomfortable. BTW, I really feel Scott is gay which is part of why he was so uncomfortable; he was also awkward around Amanda. I was actually more embarrassed for Cindy; she came off kind of desperate.

She wasn't stiring up drama, so I don't think she was "called out" on anything. Everything she said about Maggie was the truth. I wouldn't hire a nanny who striaght up said she didn't see herself doing it long run, took three drinks in one sitting, and just sat around when she was supposed to be watching the kids.
The only person who should have been embarassed in that situation is Maggie, who obviously just wants to be a nanny for the perks and possibly to get on TV herself. Plus what she said to Kristin was also true, it doesn't look good for her business to send out nannies like Maggie. The only one of the moms I think was causing drama to be on another season was Ari.

Yeah, I wish Amanda would grow a pair and demand more money or else leave. Marika takes advantage of her, but it's because Amanda is too nice to challenge her. Justin stood up to Marika when she wanted him to work her son's baptism. It really galls me that someone will so easily pay whatever she paid for her son's clothing ($300 for a shirt or something outrageous), but will be chincy on his actual care.

And it was a bit lame when the host talked about how hard the moms have it and why they need nannies because of their successful lifestyles. A few of the moms worked and brought in money, but I think both Ari and Marika (oddly enough, the two most conceited and worst mothers) just married money. And they were the ones acting the most superior.

Marika might have crazier demands, but I actually see her interact the most with her baby. Amanda seems more like an assistant to her than a nanny.

Well I agree in general she should probably be making more, but what I meant is,seems like Amanda mainly is her assistant instead of a nanny. Marika feeds the baby, puts him down for naps, which should be the nanny's job.

I agree...$15/hour is WAY too low. Amanda deserves more than that, as she seems like one of the better and more genuinely caring nannies.

reply

To be honest, it looks like she does way more than Justin ever did working for Marika but he probably got paid the same or more than she does.

I dont think Justin got paid much more, in the 1st episode when he and Marika went shopping and met up with someone else(I can't even remember who it was) he was complaining about how he needed more money and was shocked at how much the other nanny was making. Also when Marika wanted him to rub her feet he said he'd be glad to...when she paid him more.
