New cast announced according to articles on the web.

One question they don't mention a fair number of the actors from season 1...where's Pauline, Jonas, Edmund...all had quite major roles in the last season....Mr Glendinning ie Katherine's dad or even young Arthur.

Im hoping they weren't mentioned as not classed in the lead actors, even so it would be nice to know and it was just one of those misleading articles.

Im really hoping they're going to remain part of the show, I would really miss them.

I expect they'll be in series 2. I hope so anyway. It would be ever so daft to drop them.

The Biddick Hall Facebook page mentions Patrick Malahide returning for series two, so that is some good news :-)

And here is a spoiler that I hope will give Mr. Malahide some good scenes Katherine will be married to a character played by Ben Daniels. I am hoping he'll get some good son-in-law scenes with Patrick Malahide (Lord Glendenning). They were good together in Law & Order: UK when PM played a deliciously wicked barrister.
