Does anyone know where I can see this film? Any links?

We haven't put the film online yet because we're still in our festival run, but that means there's a good chance you can see Head Over Heels at a festival near your city. We're posting news about upcoming screenings on www.Facebook.com/HeadOverHeelsfilm

Why aren't all nominated shorts shown like 5-10 movies together in theaters like they do in the States? :( Or better a DVD for all 20 nominees so that we can watch them with close captioning or subtitles. Every year, same problem. And not easy to find them online even after the Oscars, festivals etc. Some of them almost never available online or if any of them available in DVD like a collection or solo, good luck if you can find them.

most highly recommended "head over heels" is part of episode 1 of the 2015 season of PBS "Imagemakers" tv series. more info here, including a few more telecast times this week:
