Help finding movie- the trailer is on the DVD for this

Hi guys, so I'm looking for a movie that has it's trailer on this DVD. We just rented the movie so I can't check the DVD. The part I saw of the trailer had an African American man and woman kissing in a nice house. Then another woman started banging on the door and the woman kissing the guy looked at him and said something like, "what? This ain't my house, I can't afford all dis stuff." That's all I remember and it.may be a little off but I laugh every time I think about that part so I would appreciate if someone knew what it was a trailer of. Thank you :$
