Location question - the cliff top hiking scene...

Hi - does anyone recognize the location for the the cliff top hiking scene?

I think it was a scene between Eva and Marianne (? - the poet) when they hang out and Eva learns a bit more about M's ex...

It appeared to be a shady path quite high up - we see a glimpse of ocean or beach view below. There were large stone pillars/fencing-type barriers that were quite distinctive...

Hope someone knows this place and can identify it - thanks!

My guess is Rancho Palos Verdes.

... ah, I don't think it is Rancho Palos Verdes....

I thought it was in Palisades Park in Santa Monica CA

THANK YOU denisekay - I checked google for some pix and I think you are right!

Much appreciated! Now I can go and check it out bc it looked like a lovely spot in the movie.
