Who does 70mph in the dark on a bend on a mountain road with snow ?

Idiots. Idiots drive all the time. Idiots who think they can drive however they want because nothing bad will happen to them.

I've been towing my whole life. Well, 30 years at least. I live in the Northeast where we get tons of snow every year and you wouldn't believe some of the accidents and recoveries I've been on. "Potter" is right on the money!! They ALL say they thought it'd NEVER happen to them!!! Friggin idiots out there!!

I agree. Every single tv show narration is worthless. The history channel shows have to be the worst though.

people with a short life expectancy , see it all the time . Been driving 47 years over 150,000 miles a year and people in a rush passing on a snow filled road will be seen 10 minutes later rolled in the ditch 75% of the time . And it's worse now with all the 4x4 out there , they can get going fast , but still the same 4 little tires to stop or steer as a 2 wheeler .

I live in a mountain area with snow/ice covered roads, and people drive like that all the time and there are constantly accidents. People are stupid and care nothing for their, or anyone else's lives, apparently.

I agree and can certainly understand why you feel the way that you do.

My only thought is that there are many professional drivers that take pride in what they do, and they do it safely. There is such a demand to move freight, that they are hiring men and women that have no business in a commercial vehicle.

I know that there bad drivers out there. Please turn them in.
