LMAO Naomi is so funny! I agree completely - I mean, in one of the episodes you saw the other teams sort of laughing at the fact Team Naomi take notes, while they sat and had a drink with Caroline.
I really love Naomi's no bull**** approach. She knows how competitive and brutal the modelling industry can be, and she's hammering this into her girls. I'm already seeing a transformation with Raquel (who also cracks me up) and Emma. They initially seemed a little frightened of Naomi, but I think they're really stepping it up - they know how life changing this opportunity can be, and that they need to be professional at all times.
I mean... Erin and Caroline's "best friend" style leadership is doing their teams no favors. They can't expect to waltz into a photoshoot, crack open a bottle of wine and have a laugh with the photographer LOL!
But yeah, Naomi really is fabulous!

My favorite Naomi moment was her serenely saying at a Season 1 photo shoot that the most important thing for lingerie models was to look "relaxed and fun"...but proceeded to b!tch at and browbeat her girls before, during and after the shoot.
Psycho.
